We are looking for PLSQL Developer for our Organization.

Required Skills -

• Designing, developing, and maintaining complex stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers using PL/SQL to manipulate and retrieve data efficiently
• Optimizing PL/SQL queries for performance and scalability.
• Implementing data validation and error handling within PL/SQL code.
• Designing and configuring Merge Replication topologies to synchronize data across multiple databases, including defining publishers, subscribers, and distribution agents.
• Troubleshooting replication conflicts and resolving data discrepancies arising from concurrent updates on different sites.
• Monitoring replication health and performance, identifying and resolving potential issues.
• Collaborating with application developers to understand data requirements and design efficient database schemas.
• Normalizing data structures and optimizing for query performance.
• Implementing data validation checks and constraints to maintain data quality.
• Managing user permissions and access controls to protect sensitive data.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of PL/SQL syntax, data types, control structures, and advanced features like cursors and packages.
• Deep knowledge of SQL Server database administration, including T-SQL, stored procedures, views, functions, and performance tuning.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and manage Merge Replication topologies to synchronize data across multiple databases.
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts, normalization, and entity-relationship diagrams.

Ability to diagnose and resolve complex database issues related to data integrity, performance, and replication
