HR Associate - Employer Branding

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled HR professional to join our team as an Employer Branding HR Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining external recognitions and certifications to strengthen our employer brand. Exceptional writing skills in English are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify relevant awards, certifications, and rankings that align with our employer branding goals.
• Prepare and submit applications for external recognitions and certifications, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and data to support the applications.
• Write compelling narratives that effectively communicate our company's culture, values, and employee experience.
• Track and measure the impact of external recognitions and certifications on our employer brand reputation.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment between employer branding efforts and overall talent acquisition and retention strategies.
• Assist with internal change management projects that align with the employer brand.

Requirements:

• Post - Graduate or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in employer branding, marketing, or communications roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
• Curiosity to learn about emerging HR trends and internal best practices.
• Ability to research, analyze, and interpret data to support employer branding initiatives.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
