Summary:As a Technology Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving incidents and problems across multiple business system components, ensuring operational stability. You will create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborating with vendors and assisting service management teams with issue analysis and resolution will be part of your daily tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Proactively identify and resolve technical issues.

Assist in the implementation of new technologies.

Provide technical support to end-users.

Document troubleshooting steps and solutions.

Participate in on-call support rotation.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS.

Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts.

Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.

Knowledge of networking principles and protocols.

Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS.

This position is based at our Jaipur office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
