Project Role Description :Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary:As a Technology Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving incidents and problems across multiple business system components, ensuring operational stability, creating and implementing Requests for Change (RFC), and collaborating with vendors to support effective troubleshooting.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Cisco CUCM.

Cisco Unity Connection.

Cisco Voice Gateways.

Webex Control Hub.

AudioCodes Virtual SBC.

RightFax (Preferred).

Five9 (Preferred).

Understanding of SIP.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Proactively identify and resolve technical issues.

Assist in the implementation of new technologies.

Maintain and update documentation for system configurations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

Participate in on-call support rotation for critical incidents.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations.

Strong understanding of network protocols and configurations.

Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Knowledge of ITIL framework and incident management processes.

Hands-on experience with Unified Communication platforms.

Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
