Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary:As a Technology Support Engineer, you will resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components, ensure operational stability, create and implement Requests for Change (RFC), and collaborate with vendors for issue analysis and resolution.

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Implement effective troubleshooting strategies.

Update knowledge base articles.

Collaborate with vendors for issue analysis and resolution.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory.

Strong understanding of IT operations.

Experience with incident and problem resolution.

Knowledge of Requests for Change (RFC) processes.

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting business system components.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Active Directory.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
