Eligibility: 70% throughout 10th, 12th, UG and PG

Location - Ahmedabad

Work Experience : Previous work experience preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities:

• Manage the onboarding process for mentors, ensuring smooth integration into the organization's systems.
• Create and implement onboarding guidelines, materials, and training resources to ensure mentors are well-prepared.
• Provide ongoing support to mentors to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.
• Conduct market research, including competitive analysis, to identify industry trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and evaluate new product ideas based on market insights.
• Oversee the product life cycle, managing all stages from planning and development to launch and phase-out.
• Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement or adjustment.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and remain competitive throughout their life cycle.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align with project goals and deadlines.
• Organize regular meetings, resolve issues, and ensure smooth collaboration across departments.
• Act as a point of contact to address and resolve conflicts, maintaining a productive workflow.
• Manage and improve the Learning Management System (LMS) to meet the needs of users and the organization.
• Regularly review the system, identify areas for improvement, and implement updates to enhance functionality and usability.
• Collect user feedback to inform and guide future system updates.
• Maintain project documentation, track milestones, and ensure timely project completion.
