Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Presales Engineer specializing in Digital Workplace Services (DWP) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in designing and presenting solutions in 24x7 Multilingual Service Desk, Tech Bar, IT Vending Machines, Device Lifecycle Management, Field Support Operations (FSO), IT Service Management (ITSM), and End User Computing (EUC) Refresh.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales and solution design teams to create customized, scalable DWP solutions tailored to client needs.

You will engage in client discussions, craft proposals, lead technical presentations, and conduct product demonstrations to articulate our service offerings.

A strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in Digital Workplace services is essential, along with excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Engage with clients to understand their digital workplace requirements and propose tailored solutions.

- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and proofs-of-concept for service desk, tech bar, and IT vending solutions.

- Support the sales process by responding to RFPs and preparing proposals and cost models.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and in line with service delivery capabilities.

- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in DWP, ITSM, and EUC.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in Digital Workplace services, including 24x7 Multilingual Service Desk, Tech Bar, IT Vending Machines, Device Lifecycle Management, and EUC Refresh.

- Strong knowledge of ITSM platforms and FSO best practices.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
