This is for a Brand New Premium Perfumes Brand called Teapip

A. Role & responsibilities:

• Negotiate the rents for our space in Malls and other popular selling spots around Delhi and NCR.
• Hire, Build and Manage a Sales Team.
• Small amount of Field Visits in Delhi/NCR would be Required for face to face client negotiations for rents and scouting for the right place.

B. Preferred candidate profile

• Fresher or 1-2 years Experienced with Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Management and HR Mindset is a plus.
• Self-initiatives.
• Delhi and NCR based Only Candidates
