Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Manager - IME with 9 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Agile methodologies and a strong background in Governance Risk & Compliance and Application support. This hybrid role requires excellent leadership and organizational skills to drive team success in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure successful project delivery in a hybrid work model.

Oversee the implementation of Agile methodologies to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.

Provide guidance and support in Governance Risk & Compliance to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.

Manage application support activities to ensure seamless operation and quick resolution of issues.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives.

Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.

Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to foster continuous improvement and professional growth.

Ensure effective communication within the team and with stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment.

Identify and mitigate risks to project success through proactive planning and problem-solving.

Facilitate regular Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.

Drive the adoption of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives that support organizational goals.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to ensure the team remains competitive and innovative.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Agile methodologies with proven experience in leading Agile teams.

Demonstrate expertise in Governance Risk & Compliance ensuring projects adhere to relevant standards and regulations.

Have extensive experience in application support managing and resolving technical issues efficiently.

Exhibit excellent leadership and organizational skills to drive team success in a hybrid work environment.

Show proficiency in project management including planning scheduling and budgeting.

Display strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Possess the ability to identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.

Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and the adoption of best practices.

Have a track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and aligning project goals with organizational objectives.

Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure team competitiveness and innovation.

Certifications Required

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Certified in Governance Risk and Compliance (CGRC)
