We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in S/4 HANA Tasklist Management Multiple Counter Plan Maintain Notification Work Orders Work Clearance Management Corrective Maintenance Control & Cost Settlement and Breakdown Maintenance. Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and management of S/4 HANA Tasklist Management to ensure efficient task scheduling and execution.

Oversee the setup and maintenance of S/4 HANA Multiple Counter Plan to track and manage multiple maintenance schedules.

Provide expertise in S/4 HANA Maintain Notification to ensure accurate and timely notifications for maintenance activities.

Manage S/4 HANA Work Orders to ensure all work orders are processed and completed efficiently.

Ensure compliance with S/4 HANA Work Clearance Management to maintain safety and regulatory standards.

Implement S/4 HANA Corrective Maintenance processes to address and resolve maintenance issues promptly.

Control and settle costs using S/4 HANA Control & Cost Settlement to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.

Oversee S/4 HANA Breakdown Maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure quick resolution of breakdowns.

Collaborate with Research and Development teams to integrate maintenance processes with ongoing projects.

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with Regulatory Compliance standards to avoid any legal or regulatory issues.

Provide training and support to team members on S/4 HANA functionalities to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance processes with other business functions.

Qualifications

Must have 7 to 11 years of experience in S/4 HANA Tasklist Management Multiple Counter Plan Maintain Notification Work Orders Work Clearance Management Corrective Maintenance Control & Cost Settlement and Breakdown Maintenance.

Must have domain expertise in Research and Development and Regulatory Compliance.

Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Must be able to work in a hybrid work model with day shifts.

Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
