Job Requirements:

• Candidate should be a fulltime Graduate
• Excellent communication Skills
• Overall 4 - 8 years of experience in Team Leading
• Sound knowledge in People Management, SLA / Attrition / Shrinkage Calculations, Team Appraisals etc.
• Life and Pensions domain will be preferred
• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3)
• Must have all educational & employment documents.
• Mode of salary credit should have been from bank from all the previous employers (No cash in hand).
• Ability to work in any shifts.
