Immediate Openings For Team Lead (Non-Voice)

• Domestic Non-Voice process
• Telecom Experience mandate
• Minimum 5 Years overall experience (Minimum 2+ years experience as a Team Lead)
• Should have experience in either Mail or Chat.
• Facilitate day to day Operations.
• Handling 2nd level escalated calls.
• Checking on mail distribution and/or other operational road blocks and helping ease them for his/her team
• Managing Team Performance
• Effective monitoring of champions and providing instant feedback on productivity issues wherever required
• Complete administrative functions such as maintaining attendance, addressing disciplinary issues etc.
• Support the management of other staff in the absence of immediate supervisor
• Should be willing to work in 24*7 rotational shifts
