Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring process adherence and smooth workflow.
- Assign tasks efficiently within the team and monitor task execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues swiftly to minimize disruptions.
- Train new employees and ensure they understand operational processes.
- Provide ongoing coaching, identify skill gaps, and foster continuous team improvement.
- Drive professional development initiatives for team growth and performance enhancement
