Team Lead

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Team Lead for our Outbound Sales team. The Team Lead will play a key role in overseeing the outbound sales process, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to foster a results-driven culture within the team.

• Education: Bachelor's degree.
• Experience:
• Proven experience (3+ years) in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role managing a team.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and target-driven environments.
• Experience in managing and reducing attrition and shrinkage in a sales context.
• Skills:
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make strategic decisions.
