Roles and Responsibilities

• Establishing clear, achievable sales goals based on company objectives.
• Aligning individual and team targets with broader business goals.
• Leading, motivating, and supporting the sales team.
• Monitoring performance and offering regular feedback.
• Ensuring that team members have the necessary product knowledge and sales skills.
• Helping identifies new sales opportunities, target markets, and lead generation techniques.
• Tracking sales metrics and individual team member performance.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make informed decisions quickly, sometimes with limited information
• Ability to inspire, encourage, and maintain team enthusiasm even during challenging projects
• Good listening skills to understand team concerns and ensure proper communication flow
