Job Title: Team Leader (Sales - BPO)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to manage a team within our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a Team Leader role, preferably in a BPO environment with a strong focus on sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and resolve escalations promptly.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and team productivity.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or Undergraduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Team Leader.
• Strong sales background, preferably in BPO.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
