Technical Manager (MEAN Stack)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Tech Lead with 14+ years of experience in software development to lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js), as well as strong expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure and MySQL databases. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of complex systems, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the overall success of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, driving the technical direction and ensuring best practices are followed.
• Design and implement scalable and secure applications using the MEAN stack.
• Architect and optimize cloud-based solutions using AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and others.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and QA) to deliver high-quality software.
• Build and maintain robust MySQL database solutions for high-performance applications.
• Review and provide feedback on code quality, performance, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
• Drive continuous improvement through innovation, process optimization, and automation.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into ongoing projects as appropriate.
