Lead Generation: Identify and develop new sales leads through various channels, including online platforms, social media, referrals, and cold calling.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their property needs, and providing solutions accordingly.
Property Presentations: Conduct property viewings for clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and value of the properties.
Market Research: Stay updated on current market trends, property prices, and competitor activities to offer valuable insights to clients.
Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate property prices and terms with clients, closing deals and ensuring a smooth transaction.
Documentation & Paperwork: Assist clients in completing necessary documentation, including agreements, contracts, and other legal forms related to property transactions.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the company.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any concerns.
Desired Profile of the Candidate:
Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in real estate, is preferred but not mandatory (fresher candidates may apply).
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A strong ability to convince and close deals.
Education: Graduate or higher qualification preferred.
Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a proactive approach to sales.
Compensation (CTC):
₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and sales performance, with additional incentives for achieving targets).
