Job Description
TE Connectivity's Quality Control and Reliability Teams ensure product and / or product components comply with specifications and quality standards. They test and inspect products against performance and integrity criteria to ensure product quality and reliability, and to determine the suitability of product release.
7+ years of experience in automotive component manufacturing Industry in-process quality for automatic semiautomatic assembly.
Knowledge of Plastic Molding, Stamping , plating Metrology will be added advantage.
Knowledge and technical understanding of automotive processes, components, and manufacturing techniques
Knowledge of Quality Tools , VDA 6.3 , IATF
Responsibilities
Responsible for Process controls and rejection analysis.
Responsible for Handling Customer Complaints and customer Audits. (PPAP, Process audits)
Responsible for achieving targeted COPQ for Header Sensor assembly section.
Responsible for driving Process improvements through 6 sigma and Various tools.
Should be having Basic Knowledge of quality tools, Assembly technics.
Responsible for Process and product audits.
Responsible for completing SPC , MSA and layout plans
