Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Execution Manager located near Bangalore .

- The Product Execution Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of product development, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of products to market.

- This role involves coordinating with various departments to drive product innovation, development, and market launch strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the execution of product development cycles, ensuring products are launched in line with market needs and timelines.

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote product offerings and meet business growth targets.

- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to drive product innovation and market readiness.

- Oversee the strategic planning and implementation of go-to-market plans for new products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to refine product offerings and maximize market adoption.

- Create detailed product development plans and timelines, ensuring the timely execution of all phases of product development.

Qualifications:

- Sales and Marketing Experience - Project Management, Product Development, and Strategic Planning skills

- Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and sales tactics to successfully launch and promote products.

- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving product innovation

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively and lead teams effectively

- Experience in AC Generator and Motor Manufacturing industry

- Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry is a plus
