Job Description

Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Workday modules such as HCM, Finance, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Talent Management.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Develop Workday reports (Advanced, Composite, and Matrix) and dashboards for various business needs.
Design and manage Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and APIs.
Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide end-user support.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to optimize Workday functionalities.
Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and Workday best practices.
Provide training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders.

Primary Skills: Workday Integrations Developer (Expert in PECI, PICOF, G2, XSLT etc.)

Secondary Skills ( nice to have): Workday Integrations, Studio, EIB etc.
