Job Description
- Manage, respond to and resolve incidents related to Productivity apps
- Administer the Microsoft Power app platform
- Manage subscription for M365 apps and other Productivity apps like Adobe Creative cloud, GSuite apps, Lucid, Mentimeter
- Define policy and process for the Productivity portfolio apps
- Testing new features and perform assessment for suitability for customer environment
- Provide recommendation of Product features, upgrade, architecture and roadmap for Productivity apps
- Co-ordinate with SharePoint CoE team for Legacy SharePoint migration
- Handle product related escalation and co-ordinate with Business and Vendor for resolution
