Role : Order Management
Experience: 1 year to 5 years
Job Location: Kolkata

Eligibility:

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Non tech graduates (Preferably Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field)

Generating an EP Number is Mandatory

Skills :
Core Supply Chain experience, having flair knowledge PO Creation, to identify Material/Service from contractual docs like framework agreement, SOW, Scope of work, Quote, Purchasing Checklist etc., Contract Management basic concept/understanding, DocuSign exposure (if any), Vendor set up & management etc.

• Managing of client and internal stakeholders
• Experience in handling UK customers (Good to have)
• Prior SAP (BAS/SRM or ECP) knowledge would be preferable
• Excellent communication skills
• Good working experience in MS office – Excel, Word, PPT
• Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
• Ability to read comprehend and responds to emails and calls

Role & Responsibilities :

• Candidates must deliver LOBs like: Order Management (PO/IPO), Contract Management, DocuSign & Vendor Management of UK customers on client defined applications (SAP, CMS, etc.)
• Reform and execute back-office operations and processes
• Ensure accuracy in daily work and meet time limits
• Build solid relationships across all units at various account levels
• Ascertain the accuracy & work standard
• Responsible for producing various reports for various stakeholders.

Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.
