Job Description: - Sales and Marketing - SRO
Position Name: - Sr. Engineer / Assistance Manager / Manager
Experience Range: - Minimum 05-15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing - Customer Relationship Management, Techno-Commercial knowledge in T&D products, Substations and EPC solutions
Qualification: - BE in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Location: Hyderabad (Telangana)
Industry Type: The person should be in the Power Transformer Industry. A local person would be preferred.
Salary Range- As per Industry Salary Standard
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop a business plan and Sales strategies to achieve Regional sales targets, Project coordination, Revenues, and collections as per the company's business goal.
2. Lead generation and Acquisition of Orders from Utilities, PSU, and Private customers especially in the Power, Energy, Industry, and Infra sectors.
3. Keep regular interaction with existing customers and maintain their good relationships. Also, expansion of new clients/business.
4. Searching for new tenders information in websites of Utilities, Procurement Portals and Tenders information sites, Consultants…etc.
5. Coordinating with Internal departments and customers to ensure the timely completion of bid submission.
6. Responsible for the prequalification process, vendor registration, and renewal of registration in portals,
7. Prepare MIS reports, weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, in coordination with the internal team and superior.
8. Collect and maintain the Market information, Competitors data, Bid opening details, Win-loss analysis, and preparation of reports
9. Support and Resolve customer issues/complaints in sales and service aspects
10. Any other specific/additional responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Authority / Head of the Department.
