Roles & Responsibilities: Handling customer queries by Omni channel support i.e. calls/emails/chat Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products & services related to the requirement. Troubleshooting of customer issues by taking their system on remote and providing assistance. Maintains customer records in CRM and tag the query and the solution provided Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause of problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution. Analyzing customer needs Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
