Responsibilities

• Business Partnership

- Partnering with Biz at all levels to ensure effective HR Service Delivery to all stakeholders by understanding biz & aligning the people strategy - Collaborate with Strategic HR for formulation of Business Specific Plans, Budgets & Proposals

• Policy Deployment - Uniform deployment of HR Policies/Systems/Processes across Units
• Statutory Compliance and Environmental Management
• HR Shared Services

- Ensuring HR Service Delivery Excellence through centralized Shared Services and extensive use of Technology for HR delivery

• Talent Acquisition and Biz Trainee schemes - Executive Trainee, GET and DETs
• Continuously focus on enhancement of employee productivity across Biz, Functions
