This is one of the most strategic product roles under ICS business. Indian SMB s are aware but not very conversant with IT security solutions. With increasing digitization, digital security in the organization is becoming important.
This role will be responsible for defining, launching, driving, and growing IT Security Services business for TTBS. Candidate will be responsible for country wide revenue and P&L both. As a leader of this line of business, candidate is supposed to identify product/service opportunity in security, launch relevant offerings, manage OEM relationships, and drive business growth in SMB segment (
Candidate is expected to travel 25~30% time to meet customers and support sales in closing the deals.
Key Responsibilities are:
Product Revenue and P&L: Own the annual revenue and P&L targets.
Product Launch: Identify right products/variants and launch through TTBS
Customer experience: Simplify the customer purchase and service processes. Define a digital sales cycle.
Marketing: Responsible to promote the IaaS offering with marketing efforts.
Alliance: Develop and work closely with security OEMs like Hyper-scalers, EPS, Firewall, SIEM etc.
Sales: Will be responsible for direct sales of the products.
Span of control: Geographic - National NA Key Customer External Customers Internal Billing and IT, Customer Service, Usage & Retention, Digital marketing, Demand generation, Finance Necessary Preferred Skills15~18
