PLM Technical Lead TeamcenterWork Experience: 6 to 8 yearsLocation: Pune, BangaloreDevelop and configure Teamcenter to address specific business processes in Teamcenter.Develop prototypes and demonstrate solutions to business requirem ents.Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-geographic teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to understand requirement s and translate them into technical solutionsImplement and enhance modules and functionalities within Teamcenter, including CAD i ntegration, data management, workflow automation, and configuration using OOTB solutions.Recommend and develop solutions based on latest Teamcenter PLM releases enhancements, industry best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for system improvements.Mentor and provide guidance to existing team members in Teamcenter, as needed.Collaborate with vendors and external consulta nts to implement additional functionalities, resolve issues, and ensure a best-in-class PLM platform.Good working knowledge with tools (GitLab, TFS, Clear Case, SVN) and ALM tools like JIRA.Must have excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.Software development/support skills include designing, documenting, coding, user training, testing, and maintaining software computing applications. Knowledge in Data structures and Design Patterns.Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), DevOps, Continuous Integration and cloud technologiesC++, C#, Python, Shell scripting.Working experience with Agile approaches LeSS, SAFe, Kanban is required Professional:Resources should have good communication and presentation skillsExperience in working independently and within a team.Eager and willing to enhance self-knowledge and SkillsFunctional experience in product development in Automotive domain.
