Senior Lead - Art Direction

Role description
Desired Experience and Skills:
•Approx. 10-12 years’ experience in creative direction, particularly with a leading advertising agency
•Expertise in developing various kinds of attractive creative layouts using raster and vector graphics to match high industry standards of various collaterals like presentations, posters, reports, and banners
•Thorough knowledge and skills in all formats of digital and print media
•Experience of making pitch decks with PowerPoint and developing engaging presentations
•Been part of th e creative direction team that has won multiple awards at Goa Fest, Abbys etc.
•Excellent communication skills
•Experience with B2B marketing communication design is preferred
•Out-of-the box thinking capability, creative bent for execution, and eye for detail
Key Objective of the Job:
As a Senior Lead - Art Direction, you will be responsible for overseeing creative process from briefing to publishing or going live, and production of art assets for assigned projects/campaigns in-line with our brand identity and marketing goals. This role is crucial as you will be the bridge between creative and technical teams, and requires strong creativity, teamwork, and communication skills. You will be responsible and accountable for creative development, design, and execution of all art assets, and shape every individual in the Creative department to train them with the latest required skills and best practices to meet the brand goals.
Skills
•Conceptualize, visualize and create layouts and storyboards and sketches for campaigns to illustrate concepts, and then oversee their development with design team
•Develop creative concepts for PowerPoint presentations including brochures to support business pitches, business presentations, internal communications, and ABM campaigns.
•Collaborate with design team for timely and good quality delivery of projects, delegating projects to the right team and obtaini ng approval for final layouts. Ensure that all assigned project are delivered on time and on budget, and that the quality meets expectations and wins brand awards
•Manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping a keen attent ion to detail
•Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
•Stay updated with the latest design trends, design ideas & techniques, and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of our visual content.
•Supervise and keep track of progress for juniors.
