3 Objective of this
position • Prepare Cost Estimates for large scale Projects on EPC basis.
• Estimating in compliance with Company standards• Thorough understanding of Direct & Indirect costs and Price.
4 Major
responsibilities
and function of
this position • Prepare Cost Estimates in line with scope withing stipulated timelines.
• Maintain accuracy of the Estimates without errors & omissions.
• Review / analyze quantities / costs based on KPIs, execution data, market trends, etc.
• Analyze Project Risks and quantify impact thereof.
• Prepare project cash flow analysis.
• Understanding of insurance coverages, Bank Guarantees, etc.
• Follow-up and co-ordination with other departments for bill of quantities and firming
up costs.Qualification: B.E / B.Tech Experience: 15+ years
Industry Specific: EPC Advanced Manufacturing like Electronics, Semiconductor,
Battery Material Manufacturing Facilities and Foods & Pharmaceuticals Factories [EPC
industry exp is must]
5 Candidate Profile Competencies required for the job.Knowledge: Deep Understanding and Knowledge of Estimation and Tendering of Domestic and International projects
Cross Functional: Good understanding on key contractual / commercial terms / clauses
Skills: Good analytical & presentation skills
