Role & Responsibilities:


  • Handling Tender search Majorly Govt customers, E Tendering, Bidding, online Tender search
  • Off- line and On- line tenders submission is the must.
  • Prepare Tender Documents (manual tender documents & online tender procedure) for Pvt. Sector & Government Sector and completed successfully
  • Search the online tenders on tender portal and customers website. Download specific tenders
  • Configure the PC set to submit the tender successfully. Co- ordinate with tender agencies and purchasers.
  • Make the tender bids, gathered all required documents. Send the documents in time. Follow up to customers documents reached or not.
  • To prepare and review tender document
  • Attending Technical Bid Opening and Price Bid Opening
  • Arrange the Tender Fees, EMD, Security Deposit and PBG for related tender, final tender documents with the checklist. Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (Candidates residing in Western Mumbai will be preferred)
  • Preparation of quotations to customer enquiries / tenders addressing complete technical and commercial requirements
  • Perform technical offer preparation as per Checklist, deviation list
  • Discuss with Inside Sales on Technical and commercial requirements
  • Technical review of customer specifications / requirements
  • Target costing for projects and monitoring progress
  • Offer making to internal Presales team based on customer enquiries
  • Enable achievement of targeted DMC at offer stage
  • MIS (Backlog analysis, Target vs Actual, for projects)
  • Enable achievement of targeted order booking
  • Periodic release of price list for all standard products
  • Automation of costing activities
  • Ensure error free offer making
  • Ensure ERP system entry with all inputs and processing
  • Prepare response to Customer queries and conclude all open points
  • Review specification changes required by customer and provide confirmation
  • Ensure smooth handing over of Order to Contracts Management team and extend support wherever required
  • To interact with groups while estimating cost and lead time.
  • Analysis Qualifying Requirements and prepare synopsis
  • Identifying potential suppliers by raising RFQ and follow up to get best price offers
  • Participating in meetings with clients regarding all commercial & technical issues related to project
  • Prepares monthly status reports as related to tender
  • Experience in development of Detailed Design Cost Estimates & Able to develop work breakdown structures.
  • Tender evaluation and preparation of Reports.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey information and ideas in a clear and unambiguous manner.
  • Must be a good team player with the capacity to co-operate actively with colleagues to achieve corporate objectives.
