Lead Engineer - SAP COE

Role & responsibilities:

• Handle requirements related to SAP CRM , Contact Center Solution Integration , Customer Portal and Mobile App integration
• Manage the integrations between various CX platforms and related systems
• Guide the internal team and partner team working on CX platforms
• Evaluate new and existing technologies to determine their suitability for the solution and make recommendations for adoption
• Document the solution architecture, including diagrams, specifications, user stories, technical constraints, requirements and other relevant documentation
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring that the solution is implemented according to the design
• Actively drive and manage the requirement gathering and high level design process
• Follow ITIL standards for application management support
• Handle audit queries and close observations
