Sap Abap Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and implement SAP ABAP programs and enhancements.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Debug and resolve issues related to SAP ABAP programs.
• Provide technical support and maintenance for existing SAP applications.
• Participate in system upgrades and migrations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all developments and modifications.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
• Proficiency in debugging and performance tuning of ABAP programs.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP ABAP certification.
• Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA database and CDS views.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
