Urgently looking For Field Supervisor at Chennai (6mths contract)

Role & responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage relationship with Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation and ISPL.
• Act as a liaison for payment follow ups and ensuring smooth file movement within the department.
• Regularly visit warehouses to for quality / quantity inspection.
• Inspect the quality of cargo and ensure it meets tender requirements.
• Verify weight and compliance with tender specifications.
• Effectively communicate in Tamil and English to interact with stakeholders, including government officials, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure adherence to tender requirements, including documentation, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Maintaining a record of daily Lifting from various Warehouses & reporting against the tender qty supplied
• Maintaining a record of tender related Documentation
