Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to drive legal process automation initiatives. This role involves engaging stakeholders, managing workflow automation projects, and ensuring efficient legal operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record of driving innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage project plans, timelines, and documentation.
Monitor project milestones and ensure timely delivery of automation initiatives.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement workflow automation solutions.
Maintain data integrity by updating entity lists, country lists, and directory information.
Manage permissions and ensure backups for all tools in staging and production environments.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze process requirements.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption of technology solutions.
Build and maintain effective communication with external agencies and vendors.
Review and analyze reports for legal processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Cross-check and validate information with stakeholders, ensuring timely updates for process changes.
