Corporate Commercial Manager - Legal

Role & responsibilities

1. Legal understanding of corporate transactions on the equity side, whether a business transfer, merger, acquisition, business transfer, joint venture, asset transfer etc.

2. Legal understanding of corporate transactions on the debt side such as corporate finance transactions, structured finance etc.

3. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all commercial contracts for the business, including service agreements, vendor/supplier agreements, NDAs, loan documents, NDAs, marketing agreements etc.,

Indicative candidate:

1. A Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.

2. A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in relevant work as per the JD.

3. Has worked on corporate law/ general corporate advisory.

4. Has worked at a reputed law firm for at least 2 to 3 years.

5. Has an open mind to understand that the role may evolve as per the evolving needs of the growth of Lodha Group

6. Kind and tactical.
