Sr. Product Management Specialist - Core Connectivity Services

1. Responsible for product service development and feature addition in existing India Transmission Product suite.

2. Responsible for network capacity management to meet growing customer needs, new technology introduction etc. Maintain track sales funnel and coordinate with the capacity planning team to ensure capacity availability

3. Managing NPL Ancillary Services business contributes towards acceleration of revenue by coordinating with CFT

4. End to end business process development for NPL Ancillary services expand the scope to new territories

5. Identify problems, conducts detailed analysis and provide updates, develop and/or modifies processes related to product lifecycle management

6. Co-ordinate with Engineering Service assurance team for critical customer escalation resolution

7. Developing Implementing new services sales GTM strategy

8. MIS responsibility and product dashboard preparation for various business KPI s

Soft Skills

1. Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.

2. Strong problem solving troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

3. Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and coordinate tasks across different teams.

4. Strong oral and written communication skills including MS excel Power point.

Education : Graduate in Engineering/Post-Graduate in Management

Experience : 8-12 years in product management, telecommunication engineering
