Job Description
Responsibilities
- Improve reliability, observability and incident management process for our global customer platform (currently on AWS using Kubernetes)
- Support infrastructure scaling and resilience with automation
- Work and collaborate with the Cloud Infrastructure team to implement best practices, scale out our services and automate everything as much as possible.
- In consultation with Information Security, implement best practices and compliance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of working experience in the role
- Flexible to be on-call in a 24x7 rotating shift on a rotational basis with the team (on call is not happening right now but could happen in the future)
- Experience with Linux ( debian /ubuntu): server s are using linux .
- Experience with c ontainer management: docker, kubernetes
- Experience with m onitoring and logging tools like New Relic
- Advanced working experience with git source repository
- Programming languages: at least one out of shell/bash, python, groovy.
- Experience with a utomation tooling like terraform/ansible/packer etc.
- Experience with C I/CD tools like Jenkins (preferred) or others
- Fluent in English
