Job Description

1. Lead a team of sales assist who acts as a single point of contact for West region responsible for the support and administration of the sales function by managing the end-to-end pre and post sales processes and front end customer for L2O activities.
2. Drive the team to create and maintain Sales Funnel in a timely manner to enable Sales/Senior Management with an accurate view of numbers at given point in time
3. Responsible for Lead to Order cycle in line with TAT along with co-ordination & follow up with Cross functional teams like Sales/CSM, Access, Product, Solution, Commercial, Processing, Service Delivery, Billing & Assurance etc. Should be able to collaborate and lead engagement with various cross functional team members through interactions and escalations to meet SLA.
4. Ensure the team maintains a regular tracker with accuracy for each customer and the same is shared on weekly basis to the Customers, Sales and Customer Success Manager to avoid delay and Escalations from the Customer in timely manner
5. Responsibilities include Sales Process support i.e., act as an L1 support for Sales/ Customer Success Manager and help them resolve the primary enquiries, issues and if required redirect them to concerned team members.
6. Responsible for driving change management and digital transformation, preferably if someone has hands-on experience in digital transformational of Lead to Quote journey. Should drive platform adoption within customer and sales assist
7. Ensure appropriate corporate deal governance and SOX guidelines are respected and that the deals are appropriately scrutinized in the context of these guidelines Provide feedback for improvement/changes in methods and techniques.
8. Responsible for Closure of Issues and Disputes raised by the customer via Issue Resolution and Collections team to enable timely revenue realization
9. Responsible for Sales Support Governance activities like, PO/Implementation exceptions, Demo/Short term, Internal/External Audits, etc
10. Good hands-on understanding of Telecommunication Services, preferably Data & Voice.
11. Ensure timely inputs to the Process team of the changing business dynamic to stay current with the market
12. Responsible for weekly internal interlocks with Sales & CSM and drive with data to improve customer experience
13. Responsible for managing and coaching the team to align to the business needs and asks. Drive customer centric behaviour.
