- Experience in coordinating with Customer, Suppliers and other stakeholders
- MIS reports handling experience
- Sound knowledge and Experience in fixed line Broadband & Porting
- Knowledge on end-to-end order management and delivery management
- Candidate should have experience in handling international customer
- Proactive skills required to manage various situations
- Understanding of scheduling and manage site visits
- Experience in supervising team members work and providing support on queries.
- KPI management such as SLA
- Experience in preparing Local work instructions and suggesting improvement ideas
- Periodic update to customers is key activity/responsibility
- Constantly monitor and report on project progress and status to all stakeholders
- Conflict management
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills
- A good team player & good Customer experience /satisfaction
- Sound knowledge on MS office and good in presentation skills
