Role & responsibilities

Engineering Graduate with Sound knowledge in BGP, OSPF, MPLS, IP L2 and L3technologies with 3 to 7 years of experience.
CCNA Certification is mandatory
Alarm monitoring, Operation-maintenance, troubleshooting & configuration ofRouters, Switches, etc.
Analytical skills like logical thinking, Problem solving & handlingassignments are mandatory.
Excel, report generation, trend and analysis is mandatory.
Fluency in English Language oral and written communication skills are must.
Trouble ticket creation & Resolution of trouble tickets raised by Customer/ L1Teams . Fault management on all NEs and follow up with support in case ofescalated cases.
Support new Network node integrations and Acceptance.
Ensure current license and software versions are suitable for the presentnetwork requirement.
Capacity management and reporting in case of possible breach in capacity.
Liaise with 3rd Party Suppliers / Vendors for resolution of the Faults /Problems needing vendor support.
Identify root cause of Priority 1 and Priority 2 Incidents and recommendappropriate resolution action and other events that Customer identify asrequiring Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
