Area Academic and Technical Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Organize Go-live Teacher training/ ClassEdge Product training, pedagogy/ refresher training sessions.
• Identify and resolve content related concerns raised by teachers, within defined timelines.
• Analyse usage reports to plan and implement academic interventions in schools.
• Visit schools at defined time intervals to ensure optimal usage of CE assets in teaching, system maintenance & repair.
• Create need for various other products of CE & increase business at schools.
• Identify and close upsell/ cross-sell opportunities and manage the schools in terms of high collections.
• Manage stakeholders for site survey, site readiness, material delivery tracking etc.
• Manage different vendors for installation as per SOW, monitoring the implementation, installation certification, ILC update & project documentation.
• Performance monitoring of TCE hardware and software.
• Increase uptime and reduce downtime by liaisoning with internal and external stakeholders.
• Windows, Ubuntu, ClassEdge Server & Client Hardware & networking installation, troubleshooting & training in the school.

Preferred candidate profile

• Looking for candidates who are willing to travel.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience in teacher training is mandatory
