Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales performance of Two Wheeler loan portfolio, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share in the two wheeler finance segment.
  
• Build strong relationships with dealerships, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in vehicle finance industry (two wheeler loans) with a focus on sales management.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective planning execution.
