Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales performance of Direct Channel Sales team, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase Home Loan/LAP business through direct channels.
  
• Build strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth in housing finance products such as HL, Lap, Prime LAP.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of home loan/lap products and ability to communicate effectively with customers about benefits.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets consistently over time.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  
• 4-9 years of experience in direct channel sales management or similar role in banking/NBFC industry.
