Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for personal loans, unsecured loans, DSA, DST, open market, and aggregator channels.
  
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales performance across all channels.
  
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including branch managers, relationship managers, and other internal teams.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in sales management.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
