Electrical and Electronics Engineer

Requirement:

Experience of E&E components such as ECU/TCU; BLDC motor; Sensors & actuators; Schematics, Wiring
Harness Design and Development.
• Awareness on International Automotive standards of various Electromechanical / Electromagnetic Engine peripherals & systems.
• Good understanding of Product Development process.
• Experience on CAN/MLT sw.
• Responsible for defining the specifications for E&E components/Hardware
(ECUs/Displays) required for the corresponding machine.
• Ownership of Critical E&E components e.g. Sensors/Actuators/Controllers/Wiring Harnesses and other Electromechanical components.
• Should design wiring-schematics, design harness coordinate with supplier for component availability and manufacturing feasibility.
• Should know the wiring standard, selecting fuse and type characteristic of the component.
• Knowledge of testing, validation & troubleshooting of all electrical components DVP like Performance test, sensor test, temperature rise test, bending radius test etc.
• Interpret the test or analysis data, determine data quality, and apply predefined applications to process raw data sets.
• Develop and implement plans to design, develop, qualify, development, localization & cost reduction programs.
• Ownership for System DFMEA, Risk-Assessments, DVPSOR Support
• Responsible for Technical reviews and Design Compliance approvals; warranty analysis; zero Kms support & AS&S support.
• Responsible for all Project related TR reviews and deliveries, Plant; Supplier & customer support & communication.

Qualifications

• B.E / B.Tech E&E/ME

• Desired work experience of 2 to 8 years in the relevant area.

1. E&E New product Development Process.
2. CAN Diagnostic Tools, CANalyzer, CANoe etc.
3. Awareness of Design tools for E&E components
• Harness Routine & Schematics Design
• Creo; UG; Windchill/Team centre / PLM
4. Good communication & behavioural skills
