Sales Manager - Key Partnership Group

Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Sales Manager to join our team. This multifaceted role involves building strong client relationships, driving direct sales to corporate clients, managing strategic partnerships, and spearheading new business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional communication skills with strategic acumen, leadership ability, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.

Role & responsibilities

• Design and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with channel partner, generate leads and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Continuously review sales metrics and optimize strategies for improved outcomes.
• Monitor partner performance and provide support to achieve shared objectives.
• Prepare and present impactful sales proposals and presentations to secure business.
• Assess client needs and deliver customized insurance solutions to meet business requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and concerns.
• Develop and implement retention strategies to ensure long-term client relationships and minimize attrition.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging risks in the corporate insurance space.
• Implement innovative strategies to acquire new clients and explore untapped markets.
• Coordinate seamlessly with underwriting, claims, and customer service teams to ensure a superior client experience

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• MBA graduates with 1-2 years of relevant experience will also be considered.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in B2B or commercial insurance sales is a strong advantage.
