Role Summary: To be responsible for the new business & policy servicing activities of Corporate Pensions clients including overall monitoring of SLAs; internal & external and preparing of regulatory & senior management reports.

New Business
Handling of proposals & actuarial valuation requests for prospective clients, computing of sum assured for both prospective & existing clients
Ensuring accuracy and compliance with the file & use while issuance of proposals
Liaisioning with External Actuaries for Actuarial Valuations
Drafting the Trust Deed & Rules and Deed of Variation for both prospective & existing clients
Issuance of policy contracts to new signed up clients, collection of new business documents, follow up for pending documents
Drafting & implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), monitoring of changes in process & amending the existing SOP/s
Compliance & Reporting
Regular monitoring of the existing processes and its conformance with the SOP and reporting deviations if any with corrective action plan
Ensuring accuracy of information & approach to be adopted while preparing of various regulatory & senior management reports including documenting of changes
Reconciliation of the Bank Account Statement with the Fund Movement Report and ensuring zero suspense & cash clearing balance. Tracking of clearances for contribution cheques and liasioning with the bankers and treasury team
Preparation of the monthly Compliance Report
Policy Servicing
Handling of clients, resolving of client queries
Ensuring accurate accounting of policyholder s contributions under respective policies
Monitoring policyholder related activities (plans setup, member enrolment and contribution data upload, invoice generation, claims & commission settlement, fund switching, policy termination) and their adherence to agreed internal and external SLAs
Handling of renewal of mandatory life cover for the gratuity policyholders
Handling of escalations and customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolution
Handling of fund allocation, checking the system calculations , seeking approval on variance
Regular audit of the unit linked transactions viz. investment options of members, SIPs requested by the policyholders, claims settled
Regular updation of policyholder contact information
