Job Description
- Determining the ideal sourcing mix of consultants, campus and alternate channels to meet manpower requirements
- Define indicators per management level to track performance based on:
- Short listed CV : Joining
- Position initiation to Offer acceptance
- Desired Average Cost Per Hire
- Improve quality of sourcing through consultants by adopting a standardized briefing process
- Ensuring that there are written Job descriptions for all roles
- Promote the Employee Referral Program and Internal Job Posting from employees
- Analyzing placement data and identifying trends
- Develop and implement a strategy for direct sourcing / calling
- Utilizing alternate channels by tying up with internet based job sites
- Defining the selection process and ensuring that the process is run smoothly
- Build capacity of business by training line managers in interviewing skills
- Ensure fitment with respect to education, experience and cost requirements specified for the role/function
- Define the post selection processes and review ensuring that they are within TAT and run smoothly
- Implement a visual approach to managing effectiveness and efficiency (strike rate, TAT, pipeline, vendor management)
- Implement a regular control mechanism to monitoring progress across zones and corporate office
- Develop a process of managing database of resumes received
