POSITION: Assistant Manager HR Business Partner.
REPORTS TO: Senior Manager HR.
LOCATION: Bangalore, India.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Incumbent will deliver 60% of Talent Acquisition responsibilities and 40% of HRBP responsibilities.
- Be a catalyst for the business by handling the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn.
- Should be involved in the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding them.
- Research and develop recruiting leads, monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Hold Bi-monthly connect sessions with all team managers to capture training needs, areas of performance development, early warnings on exits, employee engagement needs etc.
- Oversee all HR operations for India office and provide support to the UAE team.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Full-time, master's or bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on hiring and business partnering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have utilized the latest social media platforms as a talent sourcing channel.
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.
